This is an alternate universe Soul Eater roleplay. Sort of. It actually follows the final events of the manga 100 years later. Things seem to be going great. So great that witches who have somehow found their way to a path not riddled with chaos and destruction are allowed to attend the DWMA as students. Some have even taken to becoming meisters, and with all of the mingling, there have been many cases of weapons being born with magical powers. The world is evolving under the watchful eye of Death the Kid, now known simply as Lord Reaper. Will you embrace the new way of the world, or will you get left behind?
The Death Weapon Meister Academy reserves the right to change any statement in these publications concerning, but not limited to, rules, policies, curricula, and courses. The handbook describes the expectations for behavior and conduct in the city's community and outlines the procedures to be followed when these expectations are not met. It includes the Student Code of Conduct, the Academic Integrity Policy, as well as other rules, regulations, and policies governing student life. The announcement bulletin board is one of the first things a student will notice after climbing the staggering stairs and walking through the arched entrance. There are four of them. One of the four is for the NOT class, while another is for the EAT class. The two bulletin boards above these are for posted jobs for students to take and general announcements. Students should do their best to look over the bulletin boards daily. They should also remember that, although they receive an allowance, they will not gain any other money unless they decide to take a job.
When you first start a character you should visit this board. You will find the application template here that you must use to make a character. Post your applications here using the format that can be viewed at the top of the board.
Standing on a large platform which can be accessed by a long line of white steps, the school is comprised of a collection of large black towers and spires patterned with white lines and structures that resemble Lord Death's mask. There are many features on school grounds for the students to use. There's a running track and even a shooting range. There is also wide, open spaces that students can practice or have fights.
The Academy is a grand school. It contains many long corridors with arched ceilings and lamps to light the way. The corridors also have round windows looking out onto the school grounds. The DWMA is infamous for its winding corridors, many passageways and long staircases.The idea of this was to help students become physically fit. Here at the DWMA, the staff wishes for their students to be sound in mind and body and students will undergo various tasks to help them obtain this goal.
The city is dark and gloomy in appearance, a pile of various identical-looking buildings with white walls and red roofs in the middle of the deserts of Nevada, with the buildings resembling those of European origin from the 1800's. However, seeing the city from within it, it is actually a rather lively city rich in atmosphere and culture. The cobbled streets are long and winding and often maze-like, with lots of stairs, twists and turns.
When leaving the city, you will travel past various homes, scattered, until you reach the desert. The desert stretches a good long while before you come across a lively, green area. This area also has a few houses in it, and, a little further, you will come to the Death City airport.
Death City is a large place with very many residents. These residents live in houses and apartments throughout the city. As students, you have the option to live in an apartment or in the dorms. If you choose to live in an apartment know that paying for it is your responsibility.
